Yannick Djongakoy

Yannick has been playing soccer all of his life and enjoying every minute of it. He likes everything about the game and is the ultimate utility player, willing to play any position. His favorite player is David Beckam, and his favorite teams are any and all of the African teams. Yannick says he plays for Street Soccer Seattle because the “coaches are great, and the players are friendly.” He has been in Seattle for three years now and likes to hang out if not playing soccer. Yannick says that Street Soccer helps him believe in his dream of becoming a doctor.

Josh is originally from Great Falls, Montana and came to Seattle in 2004 to attend college at Seattle University. As long as he can remember he has been involved with athletics. He has always loved the physical and mental challenges different sports present as well as the individual and team dynamics they provide. Soccer has always been a big part of Josh's life; he has played since the age of six. He played varsity soccer all through high school and participated in club and intramural soccer in college. After graduating from Seattle University in 2008 with a B.A. in Psychology, he worked for a couple years at odd jobs before discovering a passion for teaching. He is currently engaged to be married and is working in a masters degree in teaching.
